Join us for our 4th annual lake-to-lake ride!
Ride from Hamilton to Haldimand Conservation Area. Environment Hamilton will provide route guides, luggage transport, water stops, two meals, and overnight camping. The entire ride is along low traffic roads and scenic dedicated bike trails. No highway riding!
Our purpose is to:
- provide an easy introduction to bicycle touring
- promote cycling in general
- celebrate our unique geography
- support Environment Hamilton's advocacy work around climate change
- have fun with other cyclists of all riding skills!
Invite your friends and family to support your ride! We will set you up with a donation page that allows you to set a goal and track the funds you raise for your ride! (You're also always welcome to self-pledge too) Prizes based on fundraising efforts will be awarded at different fundraising levels!

DETAILED INFORMATION:
The ride is 65km each day with plenty of water stops, and a midday lunch along the way. On the Saturday we depart at 9:00am from Corktown Park (with free parking for your vehicle!), after we load up the van with your camping gear and luggage. Just be sure to bring any daytime needs such as your water bottle with you on the ride.
Food is fully provided at the campsite and are vegetarian/vegan friendly, with lunch being left to riders to purchase when we stop in Caledonia (we will have eatery recommendations for you there).
Fundraising details will be sent to riders after they register. Gathering pledges is not mandatory, but it will help Environment Hamilton greatly and we'll begin announcing this year's prizes soon!
